Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the APEX Tech Nation platform (the "Platform"), operated by A.W.C. Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

• The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers ("Pro").
• Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for Pro features. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you were charged in error or have extenuating circumstances, contact us at awc@awcconsultingservices.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

Content and Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform — including Academy lessons, diagnostic outputs, articles, and design elements — is owned by A.W.C. Consulting LLC or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.
• AI-generated diagnostic results are provided as guidance only and should not replace professional judgment or manufacturer procedures.
• You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as diagnostic queries), but grant us a license to use it for improving our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Post abusive, threatening, or harmful content in any community features
• Misrepresent AI diagnostic output as certified professional advice

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• AI diagnostic outputs are for educational and reference purposes only. They are not a substitute for hands-on diagnosis, manufacturer service information, or professional certification.
• Academy content is designed for learning and career development. Passing ASE exams or achieving specific outcomes is not guaranteed.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.W.C. Consulting LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A.W.C. Consulting LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
